Check in: Please visit the Show Office in the Showcase Tent to Check-in prior to attempting to access your booth location in the Main, Showcase, or Satellite Tents. Anyone who sets up prior to checking in will be escorted from the property and will not be able to return until January 29th at 9am.
Setup & breakdown
Each booth includes 1,000 watts of electricity, but appliances like coffee makers, rice cookers, and hot plates aren’t allowed because they can overload the power. Free WiFi is provided. Exhibitors must keep their booth clean and tidy before, during, and after the show.
Regular Set-up
Set-up days are Tuesday & Wednesday, January 27th-28th 2026 (9a – 6p)
– Special arrangements available to larger exhibitors.
– Flatbeds, trolleys, hand-trucks, pallet jacks, etc. must be provided by the exhibitor. Forklift services are available for rent.
– Please visit the Show Office in the Showcase Tent for check-in prior to attempting to access your booth location in either tent. Anyone found setting up prior to checking in will be escorted from the property and will not be able to return until Wednesday, January 28th.
Early Delivery & Set-up
Pallets can be delivered & stored beginning Saturday, January 24, 2026 for a one-time fee of $325 paid in advance. This service is available only to those exhibitors paid in full by the due date and is for delivery only – it does not allow time for merchandise set up. Goods will be held and additionally charged until all payments are finalized.
Early Set-up date is Monday, January 26th from 9a – 6p. Cost is $325. Only the exhibitor who is signed up for this service may enter the property, other exhibitors cannot accompany them.
Requirements and Restrictions for Early Access (Delivery & Set-Up):
– Show balances must be paid In Full – NO EXCEPTIONS – if you are unable to pay your bill at check-in, you will be required to leave a Photo ID or your Passport.
– You must request an early access pass via email – include your company name and space number.
Once your early delivery is confirmed and paid for – you will be assigned a thirty-minute drop-off window (you may not bring guests or other exhibitors with you. IDs will be checked, and your car will be turned away if other exhibitors who have not paid for early delivery are with you).
Load-in (setup)
Load In (Set Up): Early set up is Monday, January 26th from 9am-6pm. Flatbeds, trolleys, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc. are not provided and are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Forklift services are available for $50 / first pallet, $25 / each additional, cash only payable on-site.
Early Delivery: Pallets can be delivered and stored beginning Saturday, January 24th, for a one-time fee of $325 paid in advance. Only the exhibitor, delivery driver, and minimal unloading staff are permitted on property. Once the product has been delivered to the booth, everyone must clear the property. This service does not allow time for setting up the merchandise. This service is available only to those exhibitors paid in full by the due date of October 31, 2025. Load-Out (breakdown)
Load Out (Break Down): Pack-up is between 6pm-10pm Sunday, February 15th, and if needed can resume from 8am-5pm on Monday, February 16th. Clearance of and departure from the exhibition stands/booths is prohibited before the close of the show so as to maintain visual appeal and security of the stands and booths around you.
Parking (for exhibitors)
Exhibitor parking: Exhibitor Parking is limited and offered on a first-come first-served basis. The cost for parking is $60, which covers all 18 days of the show. Please email Chris@TheBest.Show or Sales@TheBest.Show to register and pay for your hang tag.
Exhibitor Parking: There is no exhibitor parking allowed in the customer parking lot during show hours. If you need to restock on show days, you can do so before show hours starting at 9am, with a $60 deposit at the exit gate. If you leave before the 10am opening time then your $60 will be refunded at the exit gate. If you do not leave before 10am, then the $60 is forfeited.
Daily Exhibitor Parking: Limited and on a first-come first-served basis. The exhibitor lot is located behind the 22nd Street Show property off of Osborne Ave. You will receive a hang tag that allows you to park in this lot during the day. You must request a parking space by email.
Overnight Parking
Unfortunately, we will not have overnight parking available during the 2026 Tucson Gem Show on 22nd Street.
Early Badge Pickup
Early Badge Pick Up: Balance payment, as well as Badge and Parking Pass pick up, will be at The 22nd Street Lot. You will enter the lot through the Main Entrance Gate.

*Early Badge Pick-Up Has Been Changed*: We will have badges at the 22nd St. Show site on Sunday, January 25th. Once you have your badges, you must leave the property. Access to the property prior to January 27th without Early Set-up is prohibited.
Shipping
If you are shipping items to the show, they must arrive during regular set up and/or show dates (January 29th – February 15th) unless previously arranged. This includes pallets and packages. Eons Expos/Hart Events staff will not sign for your package. Please use the address ->

Forklift Services
Forklift services are available on-site and for pre-order. The cost for this service is $50 for the first pallet and $25 for each additional pallet. This service is provided by Eons Expos/Hart Events staff, and must be paid via Quickbooks invoice prior to the pallets being moved. If cash payment is required, Missy is the only person authorized to receive cash for this service. A signed receipt will be provided to give to the forklift operator.

Offer a Vault (video) measuring 5’W x 7’L x 7’H that you fill (1,000 lbs max.) and they store it in their warehouse ($50/month)
Commercial Scales
If you are selling your merchandise by weight, please be aware that your scale(s) must be NTEP approved and registered with the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures. They will make unannounced visits at the show and all scales that are not licensed by the AZDWM and/or not NTEP approved are subject to confiscation.

Taxes, License, and Scales
The minimum combined sales tax rate for Tucson, Arizona is 8.7%. This is the total of state, county, and city sales tax rates. The Arizona sales tax rate is currently 5.6%. The Tucson sales tax rate is 2.6%.
You must collect tax on all retail transactions. This applies to anyone buying without a business license. After the show, report your wholesale and retail sales, and pay city taxes to Tucson and state taxes to Arizona separately. Show organizers must provide their exhibitor names and addresses to tax authorities. To register for Arizona taxes before the show, visit www.aztaxes.gov. After the show, file your Arizona sales tax return. Remember that Arizona calls sales tax “Transaction Privilege Tax” (TPT), so be aware of this term. All exhibitors and dealers, whether wholesale or retail, need a Tucson Business License for each selling location. A Tucson tax official will issue the license at the show for $28. They will also provide a form with instructions on how to file Tucson sales taxes. Wholesale buyers with a business license do not pay sales tax. However, as the seller, you must keep a record of the business license information in case of an audit. If you do not provide this information during an audit, you will be responsible for the 8.7% tax. So, it is important to keep good records.
Security
24-hour armed security will commence the Tuesday of the week the show opens and will run uninterrupted throughout. There will consistently be a minimum of three uniformed armed security officers on-site. To enhance overnight security, we will deploy a K-9 team alongside security patrol cars equipped with flashing lights, ensuring our location remains highly secure and a strong deterrent against any potential threats. Our perimeter is fortified with 6-foot and 8-foot chain-link fencing, complemented by robust exterior lighting. Additionally, we have implemented state-of-the-art video surveillance and other advanced security measures that we prefer to keep confidential
Despite taking various precautions, some losses are unavoidable, particularly due to shoplifting. As an exhibitor, you acknowledge that you assume all risks of loss, damage, or theft for any reason. You agree to hold the promoter, as well as its employees, contractors, suppliers, and the City of Tucson, blameless for any losses incurred. It is your responsibility to obtain insurance and implement adequate protection measures (such as showcases, cameras, RIF tags, alarms, chains, cables, strong boxes, etc.) for your merchandise.
